Fish producers are preparing for the festive season with a wide fish offer, but market prices have risen slightly, compared to last year – the president of the Hungarian Aquaculture and Fisheries Intermediate Body (Mahal) told MTI on Thursday.

Németh István – who is also the president and CEO of the Tógazda Fisheries Zrt., said that live carp can be purchased at the price of 890-1200 HUF per kilogram on the domestic market, and the price of cleaned fillets and carpels are doubled and tripled. (MTI)
