Tradition and novelty are also reflected in this year’s food supply of the Anna Ball
In addition to traditional preservation, novelty characterizes the food offer of the 192nd Anna Ball. Light, but at the same time substantial dishes will be offered to the guests of the ball – the chef of the Anna Grand Hotel in Balatonfüred told at a press conference.

Tóth József, who has been producing the Anna Ball’s product range since 2012, said that for the ball that will be organized on 29 July, 500 menus will be prepared that will be served at 7 venues by about 70 servicemen. The preparation of the meals will take 3-4 days, the cold appetizers will be compiled on Wednesday before the event. (MTI)
