Founded in Pécsvárad, Aranycipó Ltd. has been producing high-quality baked goods for over thirty years. This family-owned business meets the highest food industry standards while still applying traditional artisan techniques. Today, the company operates more than 20 ovens, and its nearly 150 different products are crafted with the help of 270 employees. Their commitment to quality is validated by the recently awarded Excellent Quality Food (KMÉ) certification.

Receiving the KMÉ Certification

Aranycipó Ltd. first heard about the KMÉ certification in 2024, and their attention was immediately captured by the quality assurance the label represents. They applied for the certification with their butter braided brioche – and succeeded. “We were very pleased with this recognition, as it is not only professional feedback but also proof that our products truly represent outstanding quality,” said László Büki, managing director of Aranycipó.

What Makes Aranycipó’s Butter Brioche Special?

Aranycipó’s butter braided brioche is made using traditional techniques, primarily hand-crafted, ensuring excellent texture and freshness. Its outstanding butter content guarantees a rich flavor, and special emphasis is placed on carefully selected ingredients and supporting local producers.

Plans for the Future

Following the successful acquisition of the KMÉ label, Aranycipó Ltd. has additional plans in the pipeline. “We continuously follow the updates to the certification and would gladly apply in the future with sourdough bread, as well as savory and sweet pastries,” added László Büki.

According to Aranycipó’s philosophy, in addition to quality products, maintaining consumer trust is the most important factor. While earning that trust takes time, retaining it requires even greater responsibility. Quality certifications like the KMÉ label offer assurance by guaranteeing high standards, adding value and credibility for consumers.
