Foam or without foam? This is the question!
The Pilsner Urquell thanks to its quality program is training bartenders and caterers around the world to provide the same quality and taste beer as in the Czech Republic. For the first time this year, two Hungarian Pilsner Urquell ambassadors were included among the tap masters worldwide. Their mission is to tap Pilsner Urquell in the jars in Hungary using their knowledge in Plzeň.
The 10 golden rules of the freshness of Pilsner Urquell:
1. Deliver and handle with great care
2. Keep it cold
3. Serve it fresh
4. Keep it in the dark
5. Do not let it get dirty
6. Use the correct CO2 mixture and pressure
7. Use the proper pipeline
8. The shelf life of the broken barrel is always different from the shelf life of the unopened
9. Keep it clean
10. The jar is the last step towards freshness
