The Italian Institute for Foreign Trade (ICE) at the request of the Pordenone Fiere Exhibition and Conference Centre invited the delegation of the representatives of Hungarian companies, magazines and professional journalists to the Cucinare professional trade fair to the city of Pordenone. One colleague of Trade magazine was among the guests at the second edition of the fair – she talks about her experiences. (Part 1).
The exhibitors could meet with the purveyors, chefs, food and beverage distributors and delicate shop managers of restaurants, hotels, cafés, bars and wine bars of Italy’s southern regions and the Alps-Adriatic region's. More than 170 exhibitors presented their products on nearly 7,000 m² area in the food industrial, catering and kitchen equipment topic.
Food sectors: wine, beer, spirits, meat products, dairy products, vegetable oils, pasta products, bakery products, jams, sauces, honey.
The fair had a great success: approximately 15,000 visitors, of which 14 percent were professional visitors – visited the event, who intensely involved in the more than 120 programs of the exhibition.
