Economic growth in the euro area accelerated in April
In April, two of the three euro area purchasing managers’ indices (PMIs) strengthened.
Manufacturing PMI, released on Monday in April, fell to a 15-month low of 55.5 points, down from 56.5 points in March. The BMI in the service industry strengthened to 57.7 points, an eight-month high from 55.6 points in March. (MTI)
