MNB expects accelerating economy and inflation
The November forecast of MNB predicts rise in consumer prices, and the acceleration of the economic growth.
The expected economic growth rate is estimated at 1.1 percent by the central bank in 2010. This figure is higher than the previous, August forecast, which predicted only 0.9 percent growth.
The 2011 and 2012 growth forecasts were also increased by the MNB. The bank expects a growth of 3.1 percent in 2011 and 4.0 percent for 2012, compared to the August datas of 2.8 and 3.8 percent – reports Világgazdaság Online.
