Children’s drawings about nature conservation on the packaging of Nádudvar yogurts
The artworks of the winners of the #mitehetünktöbbet drawing contest will be featured on the packaging of hundreds of thousands of Nádudvari yogurts. The drawing contest drew the attention of young people to the protection of nature and environmental awareness.
As part of the #mitehetünktöbbet campaign, Nádudvari Élelmiszer Kft. announced a special drawing contest for young people in the summer. The theme was the protection of nature and the living environment, and the competition was open between August 1 and September 30, 2024. The drawings and creative works of three age groups – 5-7 years old, 8-10 years old, and 11-16 years old – were expected. The aim of the call was for children to delve deeper into how they can do more for our environment and how they can become environmentally conscious citizens in the future.
Hundreds of entries were received from all over the country, the evaluation of which presented the jury with a serious challenge. The competition, which was originally planned for three winners, eventually recognized ten special prize winners, as the quality and messages of the submitted works exceeded expectations. The three main prize winners will be displayed on the packaging of Nádudvari fruit yoghurts for more than a month, and the school that submitted the most entries received a substantial gift.
The ceremonial award ceremony took place on December 3, 2024 in Debrecen, at the headquarters of the Debrecen Forestry Department of Nyírerdő Nyírségi Erdészeti Zrt. The special occasion of the event is the cooperation between Nádudvari Élelmiszer Kft. and Nyírerdő Zrt., within the framework of which they supported the planting of one hectare of black poplar trees this year, which means the planting of a total of 6,000 new seedlings. Nyírerdő Nyírségi Erdészeti Zrt. Deputy CEO, Gábor Tölgyfa, greeted the young artists and thanked Nádudvari Élelmiszer Kft. for its continuous supportive cooperation. Children were also able to actively participate in tree planting during the award ceremony. Dr. Csaba Aradi, president of the Future of Debrecen Association, also attended the event, surprising the conscious nature conservationists of the future generation with gifts.
Nádudvari Élelmiszer Kft.’s #mitehetünktöbbet campaign not only rewards creativity, but also conveys an important message: small steps taken for our future can start a more livable world today.
