Hungarian firms often don’t claim a quite big tax relief

What is more, the sum can be deducted directly from the amount of the tax to be paid, and not from the tax base. All companies need to do is register their intent to claim the tax relief – in the form specified by the law – at the Ministry of Finance, and then indicate this in their self-assessment tax return. However, it is very important to clarify in advance whether the company meets all the conditions for benefitting from this opportunity. //
