The National Agricultural Chamber helps the dairy producers with practical knowledge
The National Agricultural Chamber organizes free dairy professional days in the themes of producing yoghurt, kefir, cottage cheese and goat cheese. The series of programs also provides useful knowledge to start-ups and existing dairy companies.
The experiences of the professional events of the National Chamber of Agriculture (NAK) so far show that there is a high demand for food businesses and primary producers to acquire practical, marketable knowledge that can be immediately transposed into their everyday activities. Based on these demands, the chamber organized dairy practical days in June 2017 and the success of the events resulted in three similar events in the autumn.
The themes and dates of NAK’s “Let’s Learn Together” Dairy Days:
• 12 October 2008 (Thursday) – Production of acidified dairy products (yoghurt, kefir)
• 26 October 2017 (Thursday) – Cottage cheese production
• 9 November 2017 (Thursday) – Goat cheese production
Attendance is free for chamber members, but they need to register:
