GVH: Hungast can gain control over Sodexo
The acquisition of Hungast Holding Zrt. (Hungast) over the Sodexo Magyarország Kft. (Sodexo) does not significantly reduce the competition in the companies’ activity area, so Hungast can gain control over Sodexo – the competition authority told MTI.
The Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) in its communication sent to MTI on Monday announced that the group of companies involved in the merger, including the György group, including Hungast, and the Sodexo group, both deal with catering services, including public catering for educational, health and other public institutions and with workplace meals.
