GVH: the rules of beverage supply in restaurants will change from August
From August 1, new rules will shape the contracts for the purchase of beverages in restaurants and the selection of suppliers, therefore the Hungarian Competition Authority (GVH) draws the attention of the affected caterers to prepare for the changes in the legislation in time.
In a statement issued by the GVH on Thursday, they recall that the Parliament amended the Commercial Act last December in order to reduce exclusive beverage procurement contracts in the domestic catering industry and to facilitate the entry of smaller beverage producers. (MTI)
