GVH: the “Hungarian quality” mark can be used in case of a enterprise-wide set of criteria system
According to the GVH; those trading companies will be punished that previously did not establish for themselves when to use the national tricolor and product origin marking slogans.
For example Aldi was fined by the Economy Competition Office (GVH) for fifteen million forints. According to the GVH; besides adverts, the “Hungarian Quality” slogan, appears typically on the product packaging and the “Hungarian Quality” slogan, was also indicated on the majority of the products included on the company's website – reports Népszabadság Online.
