This year the Guild of Hungarian Restaurateurs (MVI) will present the Gundel Károly Award for the 4th time. Each year the 3 best representatives of the hospitality trade are honoured with the award, but only those are eligible who have been working in the sector for at least 25 years. MVI announced this year’s winners after the present issue of our magazine went to press, on 22 September. The winners will receive the award on 19 November at MVI’s Gala Dinner, in the Öböl Ház Event Centre in Budapest. //
