Barbecue in the room
Fondue and table wok are used indoors and even in living rooms frequently, but barbecues have only been common in gardens so far. Now an English company is offering a an apparatus called Cobb BBQ for indoor use which uses intense heat instead of open flames and also removes molten fat. It can also be used for baking bread or cakes.
