Hungarians are over the world average in Internet use
89 percent of Hungarians older than 16 use Internet every day, while the world average is 86 percent, according to a survey conducted by Google on Wednesday, questioning about 79,000 people in 63 countries.
Asabiny Miléva, Google’s Agency Relations Manager, highlighted the data of 2017 mobile and Internet usage surveys: 81 percent of Hungarians use the internet for private use (World average is 77 percent). 28 percent of Hungarians older than 54 years and close to half of the Hungarians over 45 are online on a daily basis.
