Dumplings, caviar and champagne at the Gourmet Festival
International star chefs, the best restaurants, confectioneries and wineries of the domestic gastronomy, as well as numerous programs await the visitors to the Gourmet Festival from Thursday to Sunday to the Millenáris Park. The main themes of the event this year are dumplings, caviar and champagne.
The festival opens on Thursday afternoon, featuring themost prominents of the Hungarian gastronomy, and visitors can taste the delicacies of the Hungarian Michelin-starred restaurants at the same place. The chefs will prepare specialties such as strawberry-ribbed cottage dumplings, nettle homemade pasta, rebarbaric dumplings and many more – the organizers told MTI. (MTI)
