Kaufland rolls out gluten-free baked goods in Germany
Kaufland has introduced gluten-free baked goods in 13 stores, which are wheat-, lactose- and palm oil free and vegan as well. Austrian company Weizenfrei manufactures the products in its 100-percent gluten-free bakery, and the baked goods arrive to Kaufland stores frozen, packaged in special shrink wrap.
