In terms of affiliate sales, Hungarian sellers are at the top – this year’s survey by Smiling Report revealed that more than 700,000 reports from 30 countries were processed. Based on the global Smile survey, in the affiliate sales category, Hungarian retailers are in third place in the world with 70%, while as in previous years, they still occupy the prestigious fifth place with a performance of 96%.
This year, Hungarians finished in the middle in terms of smiling, according to the survey, Hungarian merchants smile at seven out of ten customers. The recent report covered the calendar year 2021, the questions related to smiling and greeting customers, as well as related sales – informed ClientFirst Consulting Kft., which assessed the domestic results.
After the outbreak of the pandemic, most businesses faced an economic downturn and many other problems, all of which affected the community’s sense of safety. It is therefore understandable that in this uncertain situation, positive expressions in the field of customer service matter more than ever.
