Even under more stringent state regulations, there is a growth potential on the personal loans market – the analysis of GKI Economic Research Co. states. The analysis was presented on Wednesday in Budapest.
The sssets of the banking sector over the last 12 to 15 months was significantly reduced; by nearly 20 percent, however, the assets of the credit institution branches, which has 8-9 in Hungary, could increase slightly – Horváth Gábor, head of research at GKI told. He added that the increase of about 1 billion HUF within a year cannot be not considered as significant, but we can say that the personal loan products of a few banks have reached the appropriate segment of the market.
