GKI: half of the teleworkers workked for a company based in Budapest or Pest County in September
The questions were answered by 820 companies, the survey did not cover large multinationals. Compared to June, the number of employees in enterprises with more than 5 employees decreased slightly (-1.4%), while companies with less than 5 employees reported a significant increase of 11%. In September 2020 as a whole, they were employed 4% less than a year earlier. This is in line with the KSH’s statistics on employees (which, however, do not include companies with less than five employees).
