GKI: economic expectations in June changed slightly
After a half-year of spectacular rise the seasonally adjusted value of the GKI-Erste economic index reached its fifteen year peak in April.
According to the survey of GKI (www.gki.hu), implemented with the support of the EU; the business expectations after the decline of May, improved slightly in June, minimum, however, the decline in consumer confidence index continued this month as well.
Within the business sector mainly in the industrial and commercial expectations declined in June, while the companies in the construction and service sector became more optimistic.
