GfK: the Hungarian market has a huge potential for the direct banks
Although the Hungarian banking market has not yet going toward the direction of the direct business model, based on foreign experience it is only a matter of time that the “direct banks” using internet and telephone channels can appear in Hungary.
The research of the GfK Retail Banking Research Monitor summarized the level of confidence towards direct banks, on the basis of the researchers studies. The responses of customers suggest that the domestic banking market has a great potential for any new market participants.
