Cross-generational, family-friendly and lovable: Lufthansa Systems Hungária won prestigious employer awards in November

Lufthansa Systems Hungária, which turns 30 this year, won the Loveable Workplace Award announced by the Dreamjo.bs job portal for the fifth time in a row, out of nearly 2,000 employers, and received the Family-Friendly Company award for the third time. The IT company, which employs more than 800 people in Hungary, places great emphasis on employee wellbeing, community building and generational diversity – thanks to this, it has won a total of 14 prestigious employer awards in recent years.

The focus of the Szeretheto Munkahelyek competition, announced for the ninth time, was generational diversity this year. Employers that view intergenerational cooperation not as a challenge, but as an important part of the corporate culture and added value, were specifically awarded. Lufthansa Systems Hungária has received the award for the fifth time in the past five years. Nearly 2,000 SMEs and large companies applied for the Dreamjo.bs job portal, and the awards were awarded based on 30,000 votes from job seekers.

Lufthansa Systems Hungária received the award again this year after 2022 and 2024, which was presented in a ceremonial setting on November 20 at the Hungarian Music House.

Lufthansa Systems Hungária has won 14 employer and employer branding awards in the past five years, including the Randstad Employer Brand Award and the Trusted Employer certification of the German-Hungarian Chamber of Industry and Commerce, in addition to those listed above.
