Gender neutral restaurant service
Tied House restaurant in Chicago had opened this February and its manager Meredith Rush decided the staff wouldn’t differentiate being men and women when serving food and pouring drinks. This means that waiters are simply doing these clockwise. The system is already working in a couple of top restaurants in US cities. Both staff and guests are in the phase of getting used to it, but it is time we admitted it that social changes influence our eating habits too. //
