The world’s best restaurant will held a two-year break, due to innovations
Ferrán Adriá, owner and chef of Spanish El Bulli restaurant will close the world’s best restaurant for two years, because he is looking for Gastronomy renascence.
The three-Michelin-star El Bulli’s recognized leader announced his decision in the food fair in Madrid; that the Costa Brava-based high-tech restaurant will be closed in 2012 and 2013.
The restaurant that is located a few hours drive from Barcelona, last year was elected as the world's best restauerant in the fourth consecutive year, by the influential British magazine, Restaurant – reports Privatbankar.hu.
