A guaranteed minimum wage can come in tourism
Due to the permanently critical labor situation, guaranteed minimum wage in tourism could come next year: the employers initiate the introduction of the expected tens of thousands of higher basic wages than the current minimum wage by the end of the year.
According to Magyar Nemzet, increasing the mandatory minimum wage may also tempt workers from other industries. Voluntary increases in wages would make tourism more attractive to the labor market than other similarly labor-intensive industries. (origo, magyarnemzet.hu)
