The Guild of Hungarian Restaurateurs (MVI) will organise its end-of-year Gala Dinner for the 7th time. This time the trade will pay tribute to the memory of József Dobos C. Hungary’s famous chefs will cook using recipes from the famous 1881 cookbook, Magyar-franczia szakácskönyv, using today’s modern technology and serving the dishes in a creative fashion. //
