There are large differences in cereal yields at half-time of the harvest; The quality of the crops is good, but the volume may fall short of last year – the chairman of the National Association of Cereal Producers (GOSZ) told MTI on Monday.

Vancsura József said that the extreme weather conditions have significantly influenced the yield; in many places damaging the grain with inland water, ice or drought.
