JobGroup, the renowned domestic HR service provider, has entered into a merger
Job Personal Consulting Ltd. – JobGroup – has acquired the business activities of Tredis Consulting Ltd., with which they officially merged as of January 1, 2025, and from the second quarter of the year, Tredis Consulting Ltd. will be fully integrated into the operations of JobGroup. With this business decision, JobGroup, as well as the values of Tredis, further strengthens its already recognized expert role as an HR service provider in the domestic intellectual labor market.
Tredis Consulting Ltd. is a similarly recognized professional past, but smaller in size, brokerage company. It mainly operates in the field of specialist search and selection, and its clientele – similarly to JobGroup – is broad, and thanks to their nearly 20-year professional past, they have decisive knowledge and experience in many industries and segments, for example, companies operating in the IT-telecommunications, manufacturing-production, financial, and commercial fields are Tredis’ clients.
The similar corporate culture and values of the two companies guarantee continuous quality cooperation with their clients: the decades of expertise of the HR consultants, their extensive network of contacts and mutual trust in the partnership remain a top priority. The entire recruitment and selection process is carried out end-to-end, from maintaining contact with the client to searching for and selecting candidates, to the mediation activity between the client and the selected candidate(s). This ensures stability, transparency and professional service for the partners involved in the process.
JobGroup’s managing partner, Éva Fehér, is positive about the merger process ahead:
“During its more than 30 years of professional existence, JobGroup has faced numerous challenges and has successfully completed similar cooperation processes several times during this period. We feel that with each of our mergers, not only we, but also our merger partners have become stronger and more stable. These collaborations have always brought new, broader and innovative solutions for our customers affected by the merger. I am very much looking forward to working with Tredis CEO Marton Györgyi, we believe that something forward-looking and valuable will emerge from our cooperation.”
The CEO of Tredis Consulting Kft., Marton Györgyi, will actively support the smooth implementation of the merger in the future and ensure that their customers only experience the positive side of the process. His role will remain prominent in connecting current Tredis customers as well as future new customers, thereby helping to further build the market.
