French celebrity chefs in the opening HOVENTA
For the invitation of the Hungarian Academy of Bocuse d'Or and Hungexpo, Christophe Marguin, the President of the Toques Blanches Lyonnaise chefs' association (founded in 1936) will visit Budapest on the 5th and 6th of October.
On his short visit to Hungary, two excellent, French professional chefs, Mathieu Viannay and Joseph Viola winner of the most prestigious competition of the French chefs, and Frederic Berthod, the creative chef of Lyons' 33 Cité ", who worked as the chef of Paul Bocuse’s L'Ouest restaurant will guide him. The guests will meet Hungarian Academy of Bocuse d'Or members, then take part at the HOVENTA exhibition opening. Finally, they will meet the leaders of Hungarian educational institutions.
