Co-op starts franchise recruitment programme
In the United Kingdom Co-op has announced plans to develop franchise stores – this is the first time the retailer has licensed its brand to independent retailers. Co-op is set to develop a network of franchise stores. The independent retailers will have access to Co-op’s private label range, which is currently available in around 4,000 stores.
