FOODAPEST NEWS

From 2010, HUNGEXPO Zrt.’s prestigious trade exhibitions are organised based on a new concept. FOODAPEST and UKBA will take place every second year, at the same time. The first dual event is going to be held on 21-24 February in 2010. Another novelty is that FOODAPEST will incorporate food technology by presenting machinery and equipment. By this, FOODATECH exhibitors will retain their place at FOODAPEST, right beside those producing and processing companies who use their equipment – including baking and confectionary exhibitors of UKBA. Preliminaries for the Bocuse d’Or Hungary will also be held at FOODAPEST 2010.
