Food truck = green thinking
Food trucks have found themselves in a special situation during the pandemic, but it seems that few operators were able to capitalise on their market advantages in Hungary. Perhaps they do so in the summer: according to Zoltán V.Horváth, the main organiser of the Food Truck Show, altogether 95 food trucks participate in various festivals and other programmes around Lake Balaton. He added that the Food Truck Show has been a plastic-free festival from day one.
