Participants agreed at a recent conference – organised by the Ministry of Agriculture, NAK, the National Food Chain Safety Office (NÉBIH) and the Hungarian Baker Association – that in order to support Hungarian bakeries that make quality baked goods, consumers need to be educated and the Hungarian Food Book has to be improved. //
