Rondo invest more in their Soroksár factory

Rondo Corrugated Board Kft. invest more than HUF 700 million in their Soroksár production facility this year. The factory is being modernised in several stages and the latest development is the new, state-of-the-art plotter that arrived at the factory a couple of weeks ago. Managing director Zsolt Miklós told that thanks to the development projects realised in the last few months, Rondo’s product portfolio has been expanded with D-flute products, plus corrugated boards in DE and DC combinations. The main advantages of these new products are that they are thinner and lighter than ordinary cardboard, therefore those who use them can cut costs in the whole supply chain management (SCM) process. In 20 years Rondo realised more than HUF 10 billion worth of investments in their 24,000m² factory where nearly 200 people work.
