SPAR continues its solar investments
SPAR Magyarország is committed to continuing its previous solar investments, and in line with this, it is also planning developments in the future that will contribute to reducing the company’s carbon footprint.
Within the SPAR network, four stores, one in Szeged, one in Pécs, one in Dorog, and one in Göd are supported by a built-in solar system. Each small power plant has a capacity of 50 kW, and together they produce 230-240 MWh of electricity annually, which covers 12-13 percent of the total consumption of the given store.
