HEINEKEN Hungária Zrt. and the University of Sopron continue their cooperation for the responsible consumption of alcohol by young adults
HEINEKEN Hungária Zrt. and the University of Sopron have renewed their long-standing cooperation. The most important objective of the long-term partnership is to deliver the message of responsible alcohol consumption to university students as widely and efficiently as possible within the framework of interesting lectures and exciting programs.
When consumed in moderation, beer can be part of a balanced lifestyle. This message is represented by HEINEKEN Hungária Zrt., which as a beer company has long been at the forefront of communicating the importance of responsible alcohol consumption, and offers its consumers 0.0% alternatives in its portfolio in addition to alcoholic products. The goals for moderate alcohol consumption formed the basis of the long-standing cooperation between the company and the University of Sopron, which was renewed by the parties with the aim of appealing to young university students in the framework of additional exciting programs.
The collaboration at the Sopron University Days on September 14-15 was also realized in this spirit. HEINEKEN Hungária Zrt. not only supported the event with the Soproni brand, but the company’s employees could also participate as speakers in the SEN-SÖR Breakfast program. Kelemen Lilla, brand manager of HEINEKEN Hungária Zrt., spoke to the students in more detail about the operation of the company, the objectives and initiatives related to responsible alcohol consumption. Péter Lados, the company’s master brewer, gave an interactive lecture on beer production, the culture of beer consumption and misconceptions about beer. After acquiring the theoretical knowledge, the students were also given a tasting of the newest product of the Soproni Radler portfolio, the Soproni Radler Pear-Citron.
