The focus is on local products
Local products will be the focus of the events of the National Chamber of Agriculture and the Hungarian National Rural Network at the end of April and beginning of May.
Between April 25 and May 11, 2023, the National Chamber of Agrarian Economy organizes a series of events under the title “Local product” in four locations together with the Hungarian National Rural Network, with the cooperation of the Ministry of Agriculture, the National Food Chain Safety Office and the Small Scale Association.
The presentations at the events revolve around the topics of the Local Product Handbook published last year, focusing on the topics of its chapters. The specifics and development opportunities of the food economy, reformed food chains and food processing, as well as innovative solutions, trends and tools that can help local product producers to develop or expand their sales opportunities will be discussed. In addition, those interested can learn about local good practices and local product producers at the events.
