FM: the composition of the bread changes

The composition of the breads to change from Friday. For example, rye content should be increased in rye breads from 40 to 60 percent, and in case of breads with rye from 15.1 percent to 30 percent.

The Ministry of Agriculture’s (FM) communication reminds that the regulation that intends to improve the quality of breads and to protect consumers will enter into force on Friday. The regulation regulates the composition of 15 kinds of breads. (MTI)
