FM: request for the production of Csaba Sausage has not arrived yet

Legislation change request in connection with the production of the Csaba Sausage has not arrived yet to the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) – the ministry's interest told MTI on Wednesday.

President of the Csaba Sausage Club, Hégely Sándor earlier told that they think that in the Hungarian Food Guide the official description of the Csaba Sausage is not authentic, because in a real Csaba Sausagethere are no preservatives and are not filled into synthetic casings. (MTI)
