FM: The government pays particular attention to public catering

The government pays particular attention to the area of public catering, which is also indicated by the fact that over the past two years several controlling and encouraging programs were launched – the Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) said in Budapest at a professional meeting.

Zsigó Róbert – at the Hungast Domestic Foods in Hungarian Public Catering Conference reminded that the ministry in cooperation with the National Food Chain Safety Officer (Nébih) launched the “Quality Managed Public Catering” program in the autumn of 2015, targeting the public caterers directly.
