FM: autumn sowings in good condition

The autumn sowings are especially in good shape, the rainy weather had a positive effect on crops – the Minister of State for the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) told at a professional event on Tuesday.

Czerván György told that the condition of winter wheat, sown on about 970 thousand hectares is favorable. Winter barley was sown on 238 thousand hectares, while winter rape on more than 230 thousand hectares. These are also in favorable condition. (MTI)
