FM: the winter seasonal food chain control was concluded successfully
The results of the winter seasonal food chain control improved significantly last year, compared to the previous years – the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) told MTI on Monday.
According to the information, the hygiene deficiencies decreased significantly, compared to the previous years, from the 4.1 percent of 2015 to 2.5 percent. Year-on-year improvement can be seen in terms of quality and the composition of products, traceability and qualifications of the employees – the communication says. (MTI)
