FM: The food traceability is a precondition for competitiveness
The food traceability is a precondition for competitiveness, because the consumer wants to buy guaranteed safe food products – the Minister of State of the Ministry of Agriculture (FM) said on Wednesday in Budapest at a professional conference.
Bognár Lajos, at the National Food Monitoring Platform’s opening conference stressed that the EU rule also require the implementation of the traceability of the products fom the raw materials to the products’ distribution on the market. (MTI)
