Hungarian goose liver festival for the first time

Poultry Product Council has organized its goose liver festival in the castle of Buda for the first time, for Friday to Sunday. The event was not just about gastronomy, but also family prorams, with X-Factor stars and programs by Péter Budai masterchef and KOzi cooking school.
