Sustainability at its best: the Respray refill machine has arrived at Rossmann for nationwide expansion
The world’s first spray product refilling machine, Respray, has grown to a nationwide scale. Following the success of the test period of the technology developed by Hungarian youth, 30 Rossmann stores now offer the refilling system. The new era was opened on May 7th at the Mammut II in Budapest with a press event, where the expanded product range and the newly joined brands were also introduced.
Two years after the debut of the first machines, Respray has reached a new level: the innovative refilling system is now available in 30 Rossmann stores, which was presented in a ceremonial setting on May 7th at the Mammut II store in Budapest with expanded functions, a new product portfolio and joining brands.
Judit Stahl welcomed the participants at the event, and Éva Szimeiszter, Rossmann’s purchasing manager, highlighted the significance of the project. In the presence of the press, influencers and customers, two roundtable discussions were held, where the founders of the brands that voted for the project, opinion leaders and the founders of Respray shared their experiences and future goals.
At the event on May 7, the audience not only heard about the innovations, but also had the opportunity to try out the new vending machine in person. The discussions covered topics such as eco-friendly consumer trends, the rise of natural cosmetics, the role of social media in education and ways to maintain customer engagement.
