Eroski Purchased More Than 3,000 Tonnes Of Sustainable Fish Last Year
Spanish retailer Eroski has announced that it purchased around 3,144 tonnes of fish with sustainability certification in 2019.
Out of the total, the retailer sourced more than 1,880 tonnes of MSC (Marine Stewardship Council)-certified fish, which guarantees that the catch is from sustainable fishing grounds.
The purchase also included approximately 820 tonnes of aquaculture fish bearing the GGN seal, provided by GLOBALG.AP.
