On halfway for Green Energy
In the 27 Member States of the European Union, renewable energy share increased by 0.6 percent in 2008, from the total energy-usage. The EU is only on halfway of the 20 percent share of renewable energy conversion, that should be undertaken until 2020.
The uptake of renewable energy until 2020 assuming a 20 percent reduction in emissions has key importance.
