Halfway to wine
Many wineries are experimenting with making alcohol-free wine. Professional British wine writer Matthew Jukes approached this issue from a different direction: he is trying to imitate the taste of wine using cider vinegar, 30ml of this needs to be mixed with water for two 125ml glasses of alcohol-free ‘wine’. About 3 litres can be made from a bottle that costs GBP 35.
